Happy to share this first hypervascular tumor case performed in India. It was treated with Lava Liquid Embolic System from NeuroSafe Medical Co., Ltd.. Thanks to Dr. Mathew Cherian. He pioneered interventional radiology in this part of the country and was the founder of C02 Angiography in India. He is also the founding member and past vice president of the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He routinely performs angioplasty and stenting and treats tumors, fibroids and vascular aneurysms by embolization. He is also one of the few interventional radiologists who performs surgery in the brain to treat aneurysms and AVMS.
